We spent one night there and the beds were small and totally uncomfortable. The people at the front desk were ok. They only converted 100 bucks a day. It made things difficult. We last minute booked a room via phone for 2 nights. We ended up staying at another hotel bc the rain was so bad. Not even 10 minutes after we booked the hotel we called to cancel. The woman refused to let us cancel and told us all bookings were noncancellable and no refunds. They claimed to have sent an email to us, but it went to my mother who was in chicago. They also claimed to have told us over the phone that there was no refund and cancellations. Which they never told me. We tried to get it cancelled and seeing we didn't use the room, and that we told them right away we couldn't make it (plus the Sandy related rain) andour party never got email we were surpised they were SO unaccomodating. We ended up calling the credit card to dispute the transaction.
