  • The staff are particularly friendly, especially Jay who works in the front. However, their prices and services are not worth it. First off, they try and sell me on a lot of things that aren't really necessary for my car. Which, to extent it is OK to make sure everything in good condition. They also never seem to pressure you TOO much about getting the stuff fixed so it wasn't a huge problem, at first. However, what brings me to write this review here today is last time I went in I was told my rear shocks were LEAKING. That they needed to be replaced ASAP in order to prevent any damage to my tires. Their pricing for my rear shocks was $220. This didn't seem like a sell, but I wasn't completely convinced either. So I took it somewhere else to get my shocks looked at. I got the shocks for nearly half the price ($130) and had them replaced. When the mechanic replaced the rear left one he told me that it was not leakage AT ALL. So I'm thinking, okay maybe the other one? No. Neither of my shocks were leaking. They worn down, but definitely not in the condition that was stated. So this leaves me with my final conclusion for this company. The staff is friendly but they will try and persuade or scare you into a sell. They either don't have the proper mechanical knowledge or lie just to increase sales. I would not recommend this place to a friend. instead, I would look for a more reliable and knowledgeable shop.
