My colleague and I have been buying from this location for a few years now. it has been convenient because we work next door.We typically buy in bulk for ourselves and for gifts. We are both huge fans of the products. The staff knows us by name and will email us to tell us when there is a great sale. We went in today to stock up. When greeted we asked for the 3 for 3 special and were told only the buy 2 get 1 was available. We let her know we are regulars and that the staff normally gives us the 3 for 3. She told us in a rude and abrupt way that she was the store manager and said:"so your telling me my staff was giving away free stuff" they never gave us free stuff they just gave us the sale. She ranted on for a bit.Our experience was always welcoming and positive entering that store. She could have delivered that message in a much different tone and we still would have bought from the store and returned. It's amazing how you can visit a store dozens of times with a great experience and one bad experience that was totally avoidable can change everything. So my message is I will keep buying from The body shop but my colleague and i will never enter that store again it will all be online. And its too bad i always found new products and purchased more from the wonderful inviting staff we experienced so many times before.
