I've ordered from ONP for over 15 years, since they were a family run business out of Southern California. My last two jobs have had serious problems with trimming.
The first time I emailed and heard nothing. When I called a week later, I was given instructions to photograph a dozen bad samples and email them. After a week, no reply. I contacted my credit card company and they asked to see the photos. They emailed back in 20 minutes saying the charges were reversed. Still heard nothing from ONP.
The second time the job shipped to my client who was setting up for a trade show: 5000 business cards. She sent me pictures of the cards packed in one shipping box with no dividers and no packing to keep them from tumbling around during shipping. Not only were the cards not remotely the SAME SIZE, but some were trimmed so far off, they were outside the bleed allowance. I contacted ONP and they wanted me to ship back the order at my expense. I told them my client had to use some of them at the trade show. They wanted me to count how many were used and ship the rest. I contacted my credit card company and they said that was a ridiculous request, and reversed the charges.
So I got two free print jobs out of it. Big deal, free garbage.
Bye ONP.
