  • We recently made a fairly substantial purchase at The Dump. We had an issue with the gas fire pit, couldn't get the ignition lighter to work. Customer service immediately ordered and scheduled a replacement. Turns out it was operator error (me). Delivery guy was very helpful. We have a slight issue with a power sectional that was also part of this purchase. Again. without hesitation customer service has scheduled someone to come out and take a look. No runaround or evasiveness. Good service.
