  • Ocean Prime! My wife and I asked a few people at the J.W. Marriott which restaurant we should choose to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. After 3 independent recommendations we opted for Ocean Prime. Upon arrival the ambiance is beautiful and the staff very very friendly and responsive. Our table was decorated with beautiful red rose petals and the location was superb. Everyone in the restaurant serves you or attends to your needs. Our personal server (I wish I remembered his name) was outstanding, he checked in just enough for us to know he was being cautiously attentive. The menu is to die for, and each entree was better than the one which preceded it. It was nothing short of impressive. The salmon and Chilean sea bass was prepared to absolute perfection and I can't even think of an area of improvement. I tried...even as I observed the service of other patrons to see if we were receiving special treatment, and we were not, it's obviously their standard. The bill was $$$$ but with quality comes cost, we didn't even mind, it's a major milestone after all, so everything is relative. They even gave us our dessert complimentary for our celebration. The thought was everything to me and my wife. Loved this "dining experience" and when we return to Phoenix this will be a staple. Thank You Ocean Prime! and don't change.
