  • Initially all was great. They did an excellent job on their first clean up visit, doing 90% of what I had on my list. The second visit was fine, except the yuccas were not trimmed as requested. Then things went downhill from there. Communication is non-existent, requests for payment when we have already paid, yuccas not trimmed after multiple reminders, more accusations of not having paid even after sending them copies of canceled checks. The last straw was the bizarre removal of a large old agave. We absolutely did not request it and when we complained, no replacement or compensation was offered, indeed we didn't hear from the owner at all. They were fired. Guess who showed up to do the yard this morning? Their crew with no clue that they'd been fired. Communication is a FAIIL. I am sure the crew is very good at what they do.. They need better management.
