I would like to give them less stars but they did fix the problem and showed up on time. The reason I would like to give them less is the other things the happened ,I was never told the service charge and the repair guy just assumed I wanted to pay his price because he changed the broken part and never said word one about any charges.The invoice listed the part at $80 I spent maybe 2 min online and found the same part for $9 and down the street for $15. If I had been ask I would have ask if I could buy the part and have him replace the part when he came back. I was also thrown back by the fact that the truck he was driving had Deek"s and I called Sun Country and had me put that on my check. So lets do the good and bad first the good,they showed up on time, available,able to fix in 10 mins,The bad they never told me the service charge,never ask me if I wanted him to fix just added the part never told me the cost of anything and let my dog out the gate.What I have learned is ask,ask the service cost make sure they dont just go to work wihtout letting you know what the cost will be and watch your pets so they dont go missing.I would have told the guy to fix im sure but when you come to my house and assume i have a couple hundred dollars to give you then you might be going back up your ladder to pull the part off, Also they dont take credit cards cash or check only.
