rev:text	I saw an add on offer up $20 per room 3 room min went to there page saw another add $20 per room $25 with pet treatment .. I messaged on offer up they said the $25 with pet treatment was an old add but they would honor it I told them I had one room in particular that needed the pet treatment because we had tried everything to staining and smell out and nothing work. They said no problem! I set an appointment right away.. This morning they get to my house Rick tells me I spoke with his brother Anthony and while Anthony said they wpuld honor it. Instead of $125 for 5 rooms with pet treatment it was going to be $175 because of the one small room with heavy pet urine and that they would put something extra to get rid of the stains and yellowing. I had to leave for work explained i only had $160 in cash on me so i would text my room mate a pic of my debit card so they could run that for payment. There was no mention of a credit debit card processing fee. Room mate finished showing him the rooms and they started setting up i left had to return because i forgot my phone at no time after he saw the rooms did he say anything about charging extra for one of the rooms being large (it has a fireplace dividing a sitting area and bedroom portion but it all one room) i figured there might be an extra charge which is why i had $160 on me instead of the $125 that was quoted for 5 rooms because that room was large. But thought maybe since the other room was very small (its an entryway to the house) that it might even out (no such luck) 1 hour after i left the house while they were still setting up to start i recieved a text message picture of the payment confirmation on Ricks phone... It was for $223... $98 more than the original quote and $48 more than what they told me before I left. My room mate said they charged $40 extra for the small sitting area in the master bedroom... Are you friggin kidding me oh and a processing fee for using my debit card... Again WTF they knew before inleft about both of those things and again i returned to pick up my phone and not one word about the extra for the sitting area or the credit card processing fee... Not to mention they didnt do the closets in either of the bedrooms.... What a friggin joke.. Oh and that white room still has staining so so much for the extra thing they put on top to get rid of the yellowing and the carpet still smells like pet urine.. I coukd have done a better job myself with the little carpet cleaner we have and some rug doctor solution. Dont waste your time or your money
