  • Key Realty School is a great start for those trying to get into the real estate profession as well as seasoned agents, brokers, appraisers and property managers. You can do both pre and post license education as well as any continuing ed you need. The instructors are very knowledgable and organized. The classes can get crowded so don't be too late to class. What I love about the classroom portion is that you can attend as little or as many classes as you want until you feel comfortable and thoroughly understand the subjects at hand. You can go to class or take it online depending on your schedule. You can even double up and take both day time and night time classes. They do not take roll or have you sign in or out. You are given all the course work and tools needed to pass your exams. There are also guest speakers from Real Estate Agencies and loan offices that will visit and speak to the class as well. This school is what you make of it and mostly what YOU put into it. If you're serious about passing and getting your license, then you need to pay attention in class, study, listen to your cds, watch online courses and do your quizes and practice exams. I also highly recommend taking the Saturday cram course as well as a final review. Thank you Jim, Steve and Teddy. You guys were awesome!
