  • Very bad service. Originally called for the coupon $39.95 Tune Up. Was told tech would be out between 9 and 12. He did not show up until 2:30 and immediately tried to upsell me to a new opener even though the door only needed to be sprayed with WD-40. He tried to cut me a deal on the opener then finally got me to agree on a new mother board for $269. I gave a $50 deposit and was told my receipt would be emailed to me that evening and the part would be in in a few days. After 2 days and several calls I finally get an email receipt for the deposit. I tell the person on the phone that I have a DR. apt the morning of work to be completed and she agrees to have the tech out in the afternoon between 1 and 3. Tech shows up as I am leaving for appt. a swears he can install new board in 15 min. He installs new board and now the door don't open at all. Now he try's to sell me a new motor and I say no way. I make him reinstall old board and the door works fine now. he tells me I will get my deposit back and after several calls and run around on the phone they send me a check for $10 As far as I am concerned, this place is a big time rip off and their tech was a liar or completely inept. Don't waste your time with the coupons you get in the mail and you will save $$ and aggravation. Lousy service lousy work, lousy parts and scam artists. Google Ninja Garage and read all the complaints. This company uses many names to hide behind and confuse the customers. By the way it has been 2 weeks now and the old board still works fine. All I needed was WD-40.
