  • Re-opened as Jernigans/Puffs-n-Stuff and I couldn't be happier now when Kim wants to get her nails done at South Hills Village. Reading other reviews- here's my comments... 1. If you are hungry, go somewhere else...! 2. If you are looking for a huge beer selection, go somewhere else! 3. If you are looking for a personal server, go somewhere else. 4. If you are an introvert, go somewhere else (trust me, you'll have a better time elsewhere) Here's why I go here- 1. The bartender is friendly if you 'invite her in' but if you don't, she's going to leave you alone. 2. They allow smoking, in doors, air conditioned, comfy chairs, enough of a beer selection, tvs with whatever sports are playing, fair priced cigars, easy to get to, free parking garage parking, $10 Special ( Cigar of the month + any drink priced at less than $10, both for $10 total ). This place is a gem, just don't expect a Rocky Patel experience...
