  • Honestly I shouldn't give this place that low of a rating, but their customer service really pissed me off. Don't get me wrong, beautiful hotel, rooms are nice, they have a nice lobby and everything. However, there were 4 of us sharing a room and you always have a few people that like to take a few showers a day (me being one of them) whenever we asked for more towels they wouldn't give us more towels unless we gave them the used ones first. I was legitimately in my boxers and they guy who came to the room told me he can't give it unless we give him the used towels first, and guess what? All the used towels were in the bathroom and one of my friends was taking a shower. We had to wait for him to get out of the shower so we could give the used towels and then get the new towels. I've never had this issue at any hotel in my life, and I've been to hundreds of hotels. Honestly, I don't think these guys lived up to the Hilton name. I've been to Super 8s with better service. This was just one of many customer service issues I experienced, I'm actually going back to Toronto and I saw this hotel come up and I purposely passed it up due to my past experience. Again, I'm one guy that's complaining I'm sure others have had better experiences.
