| - I bought my car in 2015, on a lease. I came back a few months ago to switch it to financing. They threw a lot of numbers around, made me feel extremely pressured, couldn't give me a straight forward answer on if I could get a lower payment even though I now had credit and was supposed to be taken out of the first time buyer program. My payment somehow went up. I signed anyways, ASSUMING the lease would be carried over to the finance. They didn't take any of the money I paid, over 10k on the car into the finance. I also wasn't told it was a 75 month finance until I was signing paperwork when I had requested a short term financing. These guys are fucking assholes and will hassle and harass you. They called me 1-3 weekly before I financed my car.
Not to mention, the service center is RIDICULOUS. I called to have a new tire put on because I had a flat, drove an hour out of my way because I had no prior issues with the service center, waited 2 hours for them to finish repairing the car along with a foglight, and a recall. I only agreed to the other two repairs because I was there anyways. They finish up and DIDNT EVEN HAVE MY TIRE IN STOCK. I live an hour away?! I was angry, but politely thanked them and rescheduled for a few days later when they would have it. The guy said, show up anytime before 7 and I'll help you. I got there around 6:20 and had to wait for him to get to me. He then flat out refused to fix it because they closed in 15 minutes, which is understandable, but NONE of this would have happened if he would have done his job right the first time. Luckily, a service tech was nice enough to stay and fix my tire. However he left a huge lovely scratch on my car and took off a chip of paint. Sweet. Stay away from here.
