  • My 95-year-old mother was sent here for rehab after a minor fall. After 5 days they still have not replaced her phone which will not take incoming calls (!). Despite our pleas, they are not having her wear her normal incontinence briefs (we brought up two packages) or getting her up out of bed and dressed (she lives independently and walks fine) or taking her to the dining room for meals. Instead of getting stronger, she's languishing in bed all day with little/no mental stimulation. Can't wait to get her out of this place.
