  • Awesome experience from start to finish. Craig was friendly and professional on the phone, made me feel at ease instantly. I had called 3 places total yesterday and felt no need to follow up on the other tattoo removal shops. When I arrived, he was all set up and ready to go. He answered all my questions but the one thing I was impressed with was he kept me engaged in conversation during the process so I wouldn't focus on the pain. I'm hopeful it will lighten enough after one session for my tattoo cover up to proceed but if not, I know I'm in good hands for the follow up session(s).
