  • I was very sad with my first experience here. I have always loved Gordon Ramsey. This was a big visit for me it was my 60th birthday. My friends and son surprised me with a reservation here and my son flew in from Los Angeles. All a surprise. Food was ok, nothing to write home about. But what was so disturbing was the customer service by the managers and the waitress It was terrible. They over charged us, and we didn't see it until we payed the bill and that's how we felt they did this cause we had a group of 7 and they thought we would not notice. It took forever to get someone to give us attention. Management (randy)did not try to do anything to defuse the the situation. It was so bad my son got upset not only because of the charges but it was my birthday, then they called security, instead of fixing the situation they call security but then the check was still wrong and while security ( Michael) was there they agreed, the bill was wrong. The incompetent waitress was to separate the bill five guest on one check two on the other she didn't do that so what happened , they charged the bill completely for seven people with tax and gratuities when it should've been for only five because the waitress didn't separate the bills. This will be our last visit. We spent over $300 and this is the service you give. I will make sure I pass on this experience.
