The worst business ever! I just moved to Vegas and scheduled to turn on internet only service on June 5 with century link. But no service was turned on...for a whole week. During the week, I called customer service and tech support many times. No one gave a solution.
Finally, I went to the store on June 10th, returned the modem, and they gave me a number to call to cancel the service. I called the number and was told my experience was ridiculous and would close my account and wouldn't charge me anything. July 1st, I received a bill from them for service period from June 20th to July19th asking me for $248.68. Excuse me?? I've never experienced things as ridiculous as this! Please run away from them ASAP!
