  • I am giving them a 5 star because I have yet to experience anything bad about them. I have a 7 month old who is in the infant room. We started off at the Thunderbird location on 59th Ave. I wasn't too happy with them because they would leave the infants on their belly all day. I would pick up my son and he would have snot all over his face from crying and being face down for so long. They never seemed to clean his face either as it would be crusty and gross. We ended up at this location because the other one refused to take us in on a day we needed day care because they were having some kind of assessment. We called Bell and they were happy to accomodate. All day I receive pictures of my son playing with toys. When I drop him off, the girls immediately grab him from me and carry him around. This is all completely different than the Thunderbird location! They talk to me about him, about his day. Everytime I pick him up, he's sitting up with a toy. The other baby's crawl around as happy as could be. Another thing I really like is that they're not nearly as busy as Thunderbird. Thunderbird would have to split the infants up into two rooms and the girl I actually liked ended up separated from my son because she would care for the younger infants. I've read some of these older reviews and can say I have definitely never experienced any of that.
