  • I was seen in this office 3 years ago and received a bill 3 months ago. I called multiple times to discuss it and no one returned my call. After only receiving 1 bill I was sent to collections for $67 lol. I again called the office and after holding 20 minutes spoke to Holly and "office manager " who was rude and 0 help. I explained to her the legal protocol of sending someone to collections and I explained to her what an EOB was....she said her office could do what they wanted to and hung up on me. I will be reporting to the medical board, insurance fraud and News 13 investigations. I also paid the measly $67 to keep my credit intact. Good luck Dr Toledo. You and your practice suck.
