  • I will first start by saying I shop at Target 3-4 times a month. Target is my primary store to purchase everything. You usually pay more when compared to Walmart but the service USED to be worth the price difference. Sadly that is no longer the case for this Target store. I went into this store and everything is clean, which is never an issue. The customer service is the issue. The service is horrible. IT'S AWFUL. I mean the service is on par with Walmart. Sorry to use them as a constant reference but thats the perfect example of service to expect when you spend your hard earned money at this particular location. If you have any questions about products, I suggest you do the research BEFORE you come in. The reps don't know jack, REFUSE to help and get really irritated when you interrupt their texting. Questions about inventory? Don't bother! Just go to a different location and save the time. The average time for them to check inventory is 18 minutes. I had an issue with missing items from my bag. I CALMLY requested to see the footage of the cashier placing the items in my bag and they refused. Target wanted me to trust no errors were made on their part. I understand that we as humans make mistakes and it's possible that I left the various items in the shopping cart. However I make it a habit to check my cart at least twice before I leave, so it's doubtful. The manager Jason was ZERO help and offered no explanation on why I couldn't see the tape. After a two minute conversation with the manager, another employee walks up, RIPS the receipt out of my hand, and proceeds to SCREAM at me in the middle of the store! He demanded I leave the store and proceeded to put his hands on me. I couldn't believe it. I thought Ashton Kutcher would pop up with a camera crew....he did not. I couldn't make this up if I wanted too. I'm sure you can Youtube the incident. This is after I spent $150 in the store 5 hours ago. I can see if I was making a scene (I had every right too) but I wasn't. I didn't raise my voice once. I didn't use ANY profanity. I called cooperate to inform them of the situation...no reply. So I'm just giving my fellow yelp family and everybody else the heads up....SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Don't spend the extra money for bad service, especially if you can get the exact same items across the street for less.
