  • A Pittsburgh treasure ! I have attended concerts here since the 1970's when Paul Dixon was the General Manager. I remember him, because when I was just a little boy, I wrote him a letter asking him to please help me meet Liberace.....well, on February 4, 1979.....he made my wish come true ! He gave us a backstage tour and I met "Mr. Showmanship" Liberace, for the first time !!!! All these years later, the Hall is a glittering treasure. I've seen many legends here and enjoyed the PSO many times.......world class orchestra and venue.
