  • The worst customer service ever. I did schedule an appointment for a hair cut. When I went there, Diana wasn't even there. Her daughter cut my hair. That girl has no clue how to cut hair. She needs to learn bob haircut. Because she has no clue what bob cut looks like, now I have to go to a different hair salon and spend more money so her uneven and ugly hair cut will be fixed. Will never go there again. If Diana cant keep up with her appointments maybe she needs to hire another stylist who will be available during regular business hours. . Would not recommend her daughter as a professional stylist because she doesn't even know what bob cut is. I should have insist not to pay for her ugly cut instead of paying full amount plus tip. Also, Diana needs to change her attitude. Will not recommend her salon to anybody.
