  • I recently had the opportunity to deal with the service department at Berge Ford... Amazing!!! Nicolette is extremely knowledgeable and one of the most friendly service advisors I have ever met. She is definitely someone that is in her job because she loves taking care of people's needs. She is extremely thorough and detailed when it comes to explaining what is needed on your vehicle. I also was able to talk with Mark (I believe the shop foreman). I have never had a technician at a dealership take the time he did with explaining what was needed with my vehicle. I was truly amazed with his knowledge and courteousness. And the fact he took time to talk to me. If you ever have the opportunity to take your vehicle here. Make sure you start off with Nicolette and she will make sure you are taken care of.
