  • This was my first Cirque show in Vegas and I was disappointed. I picked it over O and Zumanity because the story line and description sounded up my alley. I took the description as a dark, eerie old time circus act. Which I guess you could say it was but I don't think there ever was a real story behind it. And the energy never really picked up. The acts were interesting but could barely hold my attention. Several of the acrobatic performers fell or messed up in more than one stunt. I had seen a better performance by a show called Circus Flora in little ole' St. Louis, MO. My favorite and only exciting part of the show, the sand art lady. It amazed me how she whipped those drawings up in no time with SAND. Blew my mind. Then lame un-energetic came back on stage & I was bored once again. All in all I was highly disappointed in my first Vegas Cirque show and glad I didn't pay full price for my tickets. Definitely wished I would have gone with another show. Tip: Flying Southwest I ripped out one of the Cirque pages from their Spirit magazine for an offer for a special summer price. I called day of show got 2 seats 21 rows from the stage and paid $60 per ticket for $108 seats. Not sure how long this "summer promo" goes but mention it when you call for tickets and compare the price to the Tix4Tonight booths.
