  • I've read a lot of the reviews on this site. We ordered a dining table, six chairs, and a server. First of all, let me say that Michael was my sales rep and he was nothing short of 5 Stars. Professional, personable, good communication. My complaint with Ashley is that they took 3 months to deliver the table and six chairs, when they originally told us it would arrive in about 5 to 6 weeks. The server is still not here. The furniture is the same quality as what we saw in the store. The delivery team kept us informed on an hour by hour basis of their arrival and assembles pieces quickly on the spot. I would say Ashley occupies a purchase point that is better quality than some warehouse furniture and below Thomasville and that ilk. If the furniture arrived on time, my rating would definitely be 4 stars.
