rev:text	In all, I had sessions here for about a year. I first started going to Jazzy Laser Spa with a Groupon to get my underarms done. I had never had laser hair removal done before so I didn't know what to expect. My first few experiences were great. I had a good laser tech who was a little too talkative but enjoyable. With the first few sessions I noticed quite a difference in the hair growth so I purchased session to get my bikini and legs done. In the middle of my treatments the initial tech I had left and so another tech took me over. I immediately noticed a difference in the way the laser was handled and the number of passes they did over an area. I don't know who trains these ladies on how to use the laser but you'd think it'd be more consistent. I don't know how to use the machine, but their techniques were so different, I imagine ONE OF THEM HAD TO BE DOING IT WRONG. I continued with the sessions and because of the results I was seeing didn't bother going anywhere else. As long as I continued with the sessions I saw improvement. As soon as I stopped all of the hair slowly started coming back in full force. After my switch to the new employees, no one ever asked what kind of results I was seeing. Was I getting less hair growth? Thinner? How often did I need to shave now? No one ever asked or seemed to care. They seemed to want me in, out, and on to the next person. It's been a few months since my last appointment. I did a total of 6 sessions for each my legs, underarms, and bikini. At this point it appears as though ALL OF MY HAIR HAS COME BACK AS THICK AS BEFORE. I understand this isn't completely their fault as everyone reacts differently to laser hair removal, but I was at least hoping to see some improvement.
