  • Previously had loved this place until this visit. Had an appointment, wound up getting worst pedicure ever from the guy who wears the Mercedes chain (don't know his name, but had been going to this salon for well over a year, and he ALWAYS wears the chain) I did not make my appointment with a specific person(rookie mistake) You should never be made to bleed in a good nail salon, ever. I received cuts to my ankles when the jerk was using the cheese grater-like metal pumice. I asked to have rubbing alcohol put onto the cuts immediately and received a "did I do that" for and apology. I'm only giving stars for my previous visits because most of the ladies had been pretty awesome. Not sure if I'll ever go back now.
