  • The food was good but the service was terrible. We went here before when it was Mercadito and the service was terrible then. I wonder if they kept the same staff when they switched to Libre. It took us 10 minutes to get a menu. The menus were brought over by the server and not the hostess which was weird. But then our server would go missing for a while. We had to keep asking for water refills which is a dining out no-no for me.
