  • One of the BEST experiences I've ever had. Richard and his team are the most professional and personable people. I have never had to deal with my AC unit going out as I am a first time home owner. They provided the most convenient and helpful service that I could ask for. Richard answered all of my questions and never once made me feel anything less than important. My AC went out on one of the hottest weeks here in Las Vegas and was able to come out that day to diagnose what was wrong. A full crew was set up to come in two days later to completely replace the unit and get everything up and running in a timely manner. They even set up my warranty information and it was mailed to me within the week! It was impressive! Everything went so smoothly, I will be using Infinity Heating and Cooling from now on and they come highly recommended. Thank you Richard and Cole!
