  • I made the reservation for one original and one coffee cheesecake and also indicate will go to pick up at 8 on Friday night. So my boyfriend and I went to pick up the cakes, the staff told us all the cheesecakes are sold out. I told her I make the reservation and even gave her my first and last name. She just showed me the reservation list and said someone used your name to take the cakes already. I asked her did you verify that person's last name? And she just keeps saying someone took it already. Please anyone tell me does that make any sense?We were not late, we went into the store at 8 o'clock sharp and plus we made the reservation for it. This is unacceptable! The staff just show the list to anyone who comes to pick up the cake then anyone can just randomly points out a name from the reservation list and claim that's her or him to get the cake even they do not make the reservation at all! The staff does not get well train to verify the client's identity. I feel really disappointed based on this type of service! Honestly I do not even want to give the store one star!
