  • Went to see a show a few days ago and the show was fantastic but what made the experience sour was the BOX OFFICE- they really need to change how they handle the box office/will call- we arrived 20 minutes early to pick up our tickets at will call- it should of been here is our driver license and here are the tickets but NO- we waiting in line for 30 minutes before even making it to the counter and then he took my driver license and then decided to help another customer in a different line - when I asked if this is normal for their box office he said YES- wow you would of thought they would find a way by now for making the lines go faster- I have been to many shows and never had to wait that long for will call and then miss 15 minutes of a show - they need to change the way they do things in the box office for sure
