A trip to Costco is pretty much a monthly ritual with at least one member of my family (the card-carrying members, of course). I feel like you could make an afternoon out of strolling the aisles and putting into your cart things you may or may not need. Three pounds of tortilla strips and a $7 magnum of wine? Sure, why not?!
The highlights of Costco are obviously the prices. You can't beat the deals on meats, fresh veggies, bulk baking supplies, and wine here. Costco isn't necessarily the provider with the cheapest prices on every item, but for the most part it's a safe bet.
This location is absolutely insane on the weekends, so I try to go during off hours if I can. Free samples are nice, but not when everyone else from the tri-county area is clawing for them, too!
This location would earn five stars if traversing the parking lot didn't feel like playing a game of Frogger.
