  • I'm super disappointed. I've been told by several people what a great job they do and how friendly they are but my experience today was the opposite. I walked in at 11:10 asked for an hour and was given a bottle of water and taken back to a room. I sat down and waited. At 11:20 someone walked by and peeked in the room and 11:30 again someone peeked in the room nothing, walked away! At 11:40 someone asked what I was waiting for, when I explained what I wanted the man at the front desk said something in a different language and walked away so, so did I. As I walked out no one said anything to me, three of them stood there and watched me. Unfortunately I will not be back and I will not be recommending them to anyone.
