  • I took my kids into Pinspiration to see/tour the birthday party area and possible crafts for a party. The girl waiting on us told my kids they could play with paint that was open on a table while she took me to the front desk to review their party policies and deposit info. My kids came back covered in paint. I washed their clothes several times and the paint won't come off. I called the store and was told that the kids should have been wearing aprons, which were NOT offered to us or even mentioned. The manager, Brooke, apologized but not once offered any advice on helping to clean or salvage my kids clothes, nor did she offer to reimburse me. My sons outfit is completely ruined. I have since cancelled the party we were planning. I felt the customer service I received was unacceptable. I won't be going back there.
