| - Pretty effing epic buffet. Only one star off for the wait. And boy, is there a wait. Started the line around 2pm on a Saturday. Figured the lunch rush would be over. Wrong. 1.5 hours later, we were seated. But man, SO much choice. SO much quality. From dim sum, to shellfish, crab legs, prime rib, burgers, truffled polenta, cute beet and mozzarella/tomato salads galore, it's everything you could want and more. The dessert buffet itself is pretty epic. Mochi ice-creams, gelatos, cakes, macarons, pies, tarts, cake pops, and these epic peanut butter cookies that my friends kept raving about. My favorite of course was the seafood legs. I pretty much filled up on oyster shooters, king crab legs, clam bakes (SO CUTE and SO TASTY), lobsters and leeks, and mussels. The dim sum was also surprisingly quality. As a Californian, I'm pretty picky about dim sum, but this pasts muster. Very good. The truffled polenta was a surprising treat as well. As for dessert, the mint and watermelon sorbet was incredibly refreshing. Would definitely hit up again when I come back to Vegas. Maybe I'll pay a little extra to not wait 1.5 hours though.
