  • What an absolute nightmare. I'm finally writing this review as this is my final straw. If anyone from corporate read this, please go in and start coaching these employees. I'm glad Walgreens provides employment and is a big corporation to do so, but I'm fed up with the run around. First off, the store is always in a cluster and never looks clean at all. No one smiles at you or greets you when you come in. Don't just stare at me wth!!!! Ask if I need any help or something, not walk or stand around with your finger in your ass. The pharmacy is an absolute disaster. They are just order takers. I get it a lot of people in this country are on pills/meds because that's where all the money is. So they are always busy getting stuff wrong and if you want over the counter they tell you what aisle it's on and point you on your way. I called today and talked directly to the pharmacy and asked If they had Tamiflu which I had a prescription for. I am sick and in desperate need to get better so I can work, not visit Walgreens. I made a SPECIAL trip and go out of my way. When I say I need this filled they say we are out. WTF do you mean you are out, I just called 10 min ago and you said you had it. Well they didn't. It was a halfass apology and the kid behind the pharmacy county could give two sh*ts about anything. Order taking. No wonder other reviews are the same. Garbage ratings fitted for this garbage service and establishment. I'm going to make a special trip miles out of the way to go to CVS or somewhere else.
