  • No wonder this place has so many awful reviews!! Worst service ever- horribly unorganized, extremely rude employees, and utterly chaotic. Customers were made to wait in line for an extended period of time and the line kept growing because they were understaffed, the kiosks weren't working, and the staff members seemed to be having conversations about things unrelated to rental cars, which was portrayed as there being no sense of urgency or desire by the staff to move people through. One of the workers called out a random person in line from behind the counter for looking impatient, which was unnecessary and made the customer more upset. The guy in front of us in line said that the service is always this terrible and that he avoids this location- completely understandable!
