  • If I could do a minus 5 stars, that wouldn't begin to touch on how much I dislike this service center and Jered, the service manager, whoever the General Manager is, anyone who had a part in our story there. We have purchased 2 vehicles with warranties, auto Butler, the works. We referred a friend who purchased a brand new CRV with warranty, auto Butler, the works, referred another friend who purchased a Ridgeline with warranty, auto Butler, the works. In April we brought our Insight in for the auto Butler. Their Employee stole my husband's cell phone that had fallen down between the door & the floor & forgotten when I dropped it off for service. When it came back at the end of the day without the phone we went online to search for it with lookout mobile security. It "pinged" at their location so we went back to get it. We were told a lot of different stories until Monday when we were told that unless we could prove it, it never happened. Called Police, did a report, major stress. Then a few days later when my husband got his replacement phone up & starting to set up, he finally found an email from security with a snapshot of their employee trying to remove Sim card. Took "proof" to Jered and then began several more weeks of running back &forth to T-mobile and Honda with "proof" of expenditures. At one point they "offered" a payment of $380 to replace our phone...what??? I finally went to their online forum "talk to the owner" and they upped the offer claiming that the General Manager was unaware of pervious offer and this was his good faith offer!!! Jered, did you forget that every time I came to talk to you I was told that you were waiting for the GM to call me, waiting for GM to get back to you with an offer, the offer was finally there, etc. Obviously we've been nothing but lied to & I will NEVER trust these people again!!! And the last lie/insult was that Jered would hand deliver the check when it was ready but when I contacted him today (because he NEVER follows up with us) I was told "the checks are in the mail!!!) Needless to say, we still have no checks. This all began on April 23rd! They lied, insulted and I feel thoroughly abused us at Superstition Springs Honda and we will definitely take all of the business we can elsewhere!!! Hey Honda of Superstition Springs, you need to go for training on how to do the right thing for the customers that keep you in business!!! We are local, we are vocal!!!
