  • This has become our #1 "go to" theater -- the staff is always very friendly, food is decent- not the best, but hey, it's a theater, not a restaurant, and beer selection is fantastic - great IPA & Pale Ale selection the times we've been there. The reclining seats are comfortable and probably my favorite thing is being able to reserve your seats ahead of time - which equates to no standing in line wondering if you're going to get stuck with a cruddy seat. Hats off to the staff - great service these days is not easy to find. One time I mistakenly purchased 1 too many tickets online, and I called them (a THEATER, mind you) and a HUMAN BEING picked up the phone (no, I'm serious!). I explained that I needed to get a refund and she said "just come on in a few minutes earlier than you were going to be here and we'll get you taken care of," and that's exactly what happened. No runaround. No hassle. No "robot" workers (you know what I'm talking about).
