  • Have used this a few times and always am made to feel like a criminal. Bad attitude every time I come here. Comments like "oh I see you're flying on points " who gives a flyi #%^* if is points or a first class ticket. If I am eligible for an entry don't look down your dam nose at me. The place is falling apart, dirty carpets, terrible food if you can calll that slop food. But hey the drinks are "free" I spend a lot of money on my Visa card for these " perks" and I resent the attitude when I come here.
