  • Travis coukd be more responsive. Don't bother calling them for restoration after a plumbing leak. Wouldn't return my call about stains wicking from too much moisture left in the carpet away from plumbing problem. Also shampooed and extracted from the water leak into unaffected carpeting - usually cleaning is done toward the door - but not when scrubbing with a rotary scrubber from the wastewater leak toward the door! Unhappy to return a negative review.
