  • UPDATE: Thank you to the crew at Cobblestone! I knew they wouldn't let me down and this must have just been an off day for them. They apologized to us for the lack of customer service while we waited and offered us a service perk. Thank you to the crew for acknowledging our frustration and making it right! Still my go-to car service location. I come to this location all the time because it's close to my house and I just love the waiting experience at Cobblestone, but I write this as I sit waiting in my car for an oil change. I have been sitting in my car for about 23 mins and not one person has come up to my car! I know that with weekend services to expect a wait, but not to have anyone acknowledge me being here for this long seems ridiculous! I am now at the point of do I stick around because I have been waiting this long, or go to another location. Good customer service would be an attendant coming to my car saying, hey we're busy, but we will get to you as soon as we can.
