rev:text	Really not impressed with what is publisized as a 4 star resort, most of the staff is extremely young and inexperienced and we were there in what should have been the most busy weeks during the summer and very little activities where scheduled for guests and those scheduled where sometimes not even available! For example, nightly campfire for guests scheduled at 7pm was not even going when we went down to the beach and when we inquired with guest services the staff explained that it's actually a guest driven activity and we were given "Firestarter" to go start our own bonfire!!! Another example is during the busy lunch and afternoon time no food could be purchased anywhere on the site exempt at the crowded pool area outside where there was a huge delay in orders and we saw two underaged and overworked kids preparing tons of food and drink orders! It gets better...Besides the numerous mosquito bites we suffered we ended up confirming some of us did indeed have bed bug bites, we later were able to confirm online on TripAdvisor that this establishment did have a bed bug problem as well! Having been a Customer for years it has been very disappointing to see this resort deteriorate and the most upsetting part was being yelled by the very rude Resort Director, we later found out we were not the only ones who were treated this way by him. It needs to be mentioned that the rest of the Staff is very friendly and welcoming and it looks like they do the best they can but its just very odd to see that all of the staff members we saw; frontdesk, spa, pool, beach, and restaurant were all very young and what seem to be inexperienced. Lower your expectations and don't go unless you get a great deal!
