  • Whatever happened to Customer Service? Don't plan on going whenever an episode of "Two & A Half Men" is on TV. The one server that was there on a Tuesday night said to us (the only customers in the building at the time), "just holler if you need me for anything" as he glued himself back to the television to catch a riveting and wholesome episode of T&AHM. He wouldn't make eye contact for longer than 10 seconds or so as they shot back to the TV Screen. My wife was offended when she asked him for our son's order of cookies & cream in a kiddie cone. To which he responded, "Can he get something else? There's not enough really in this container and it's too hard to scoop out of the other one." I'm glad the floors were clean, cuz that's where out jaws dropped when he made that statement. My wife called the next day to alert the manager of this detriment to their business. Very flippantly, the employee that answered the phone said, "Well, we never know when they're going to be here. They just come and go as they please." There is a systemic management issue, it would appear. The only reason i gave this more than 1 star is because the PEAR SORBET I had (got it before my wife ordered and the aforementioned nonsense ensued) was INCREDIBLE! Come on Cabarrus Creamery....you've been gone, we've missed you. We want to hang out some, but you got to treat us better than this.
