  • Party City seems like a dying business. With Target and Wal-Mart's ever expanding aisles of party supplies, I don't see a reason to ever drive out of my way to a Party City. The prices are higher than they need to be and the staff is scarcely seen at best. For example, I wanted to buy some clear plastic plates for a birthday party and here they were about 8 bucks for a small package when I know Costco sells similar plates in BULK for about 10 bucks. No need to come back here again. :/
