rev:text	I came to this service center because of a Groupon for 3 service packages including oil change, inspection, tire rotation, and car wash. I was told on arrival that there would be a sales tax charge of 65 cents. I found that a little weird (the Groupon had cost $25), but okay. After inspection, an air filter was recommended, and I was given an estimate of $28 to which I agreed. When the car was ready, the same service manager (Craig Tausch) told me "It turns out it's going to be a little more than $28. It will be about $40 - the $28 was just the part." I told him he'd quoted me $28, and that's what I was going to pay. He didn't argue and gave me a credit to bring it down to $33 with tax. Reviewing the bill later, I saw that included a $2.18 waste disposal charge that should have been free because of the Groupon. When I came out to my car, I saw it hadn't been washed, and the valet told me I should have been given a car wash coupon that I could take to the carwash next door immediately or any time in the next 60 days. I had to go back into the service desk to ask for that coupon. So I'd chalk this up to a stereotypical slimy mechanic, but while I was waiting, I overheard another customer's experience. He'd brought his wife's car in for service, and the mechanic failed to tighten the lug nuts on one tire. So as he pulled out of the lot into Mayfield Road, the WHEEL FELL OFF. The customer was remarkably calm as the manager (not the one I was working with) fell over himself to "make right the damage we did to your car." This did not inspire my confidence. I'll still use the remaining oil change packages on this Groupon, but I'll be watching like a hawk.
