I came to store few days ago and show my shoes to staff that told me it should be covered under warranty and asked me to provide receipt or bank transaction that I did. They wrote my name and phone and told me that manager will check receipt and call me back. No one called me back so I went to store again and the manager Adriane told me she didn't look for receipt and asked me to send her email with a picture of shoes that I did right away. Again nobody contact me so I went to the store 3rd time but Adriane was not in the store so the stuff said she left until Tuesday vacation and I have to wait a week now. I asked to call Adriane to ask what happened to my case. They called and gave me to talk to her and Adriane said that she sent my request to the supplier and they will have to get back to me. I said that it's been too long and now she on vacation so I think it's time to call supplier and follow up. Her answer was you call supplier you are too demanding, have a nice day and hang up on me.
