  • A-W-E-S-O-M-E Hoverboards & E-X-C-E-L-L-E-N-T Customer Service. I ride the Hoverboard more than my kids! Both my kids (8yrs & 14yrs) wanted Hoverboards and I was skeptical about buying them after the news reports of the batteries catching on fire. I searched around...visited some kiosks, but none of my questions seemed to be answered -- How will I know the difference between the "cheap" batteries & the safe ones? How long do these boards need to be charged for? What happens if I have an issue with the board? Right after the New Year I found Street Saw. I called to find out where they were located, since my kids wanted to redeem the "Free Test Drive." Plus I want to SEE what I am purchasing at this amount. We walked into the store and I was immediately greeted and welcomed by Jason. He helped my kids get adjusted to the board & showed them how to balance on it. My 8 year old was pretty much an expert in 5 minutes. He walked me through all the styles of the boards and even answered ALL my questions. He took the time to show me what the cheap battery looks like (it's super light) compared to the Samsung battery. He explained that it only takes 60-90 minutes to charge the FutureSaw Board & that all of the boards come standard with a 1 Year warranty and 90-day servicing through the store! "Just give us a call if you have any questions" I was so impressed by the service and the quality of the Hoverboards here. We LOVE the Bluetooth Speakers on the boards! StreetSaw puts all others to shame!! I bought 2 FutureSaw Boards (Red/Green). My kids LOVE them so much & can't wait to take these to the beach!!
