  • Ilya has been the BIGGEST flake. He came by and after a couple hours, told us he would need to order a part. He ordered it. Then called me and forgot who I was. Apologized and said the part had not arrived. Waited a couple weeks. Finally, he said he had the part. Came to our house. He brought the wrong part. He offered to come today at 5pm...will amend review depending on what happens...
